Richland-Stryker Generation, LLC is a privately-held 465MW power generation company located in Defiance, Ohio. The Company owns and operates two power generation facilities, the Richland peaking facility and Stryker peaking facility, each located outside of Toledo, Ohio. These facilities serve PJM, a regional transmission organization which coordinates the movement of electricity in all or parts of 13 Northeast and Midwestern states and the District of Columbia. The management team has significant experience managing power generating assets including the construction and operation of power plants and other related energy infrastructure assets.
