Moriah Henry Partners LLC is a Midland-based exploration and production company focused on the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties in the Midland Basin of West Texas. The Company is a partnership between Post Oak, Henry Resources, LP (“Henry”) and Moriah Energy Investments, LLC (“Moriah”). Moriah and Henry, who have a long history of working together and value creation in the Permian Basin, will jointly manage the Company. The Company will use proceeds from the investment to fund acquisitions in the core of the Midland Basin and subsequently develop those assets.
