Prime Downhole Manufacturing is a Houston, Texas-based provider of engineering and precision machining services to the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus today on downhole products. Prime began operations in late 2015 and the Company’s current product offerings include contract machining of downhole tools and the manufacturing of bearings, PDC bits, and eccentric and concentric reamers. Prime also manufactures and repairs breakout machines and bucking units for assembling and disassembling threaded connections. Prime’s customer base includes onshore and offshore oilfield service (OFS) providers.
