Oryx Midstream is a privately held midstream services company formed by experienced industry executives to initially focus on a captive Bone Spring development opportunity in the Delaware Basin of Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. Oryx will use proceeds from the investment to provide oil and gas gathering and processing services to numerous producers throughout the Delaware as well as Permian Basins.
